What is Fayon Kids’ Return Policy?
At Fayon Kids, we offer returns and exchanges exclusively for items in our Pret section. Please be aware that returns or exchanges are not available for our Luxe segment, Label collections, and customized pieces. Since we are an order-based company, each order is custom-made to your specifications, which generally means returns are not accepted. Additionally, any order that has been partially paid is non-refundable.

How to Raise a Dispute for an Order?
We stand by our products 100%, crafted with love and care. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery, and we will review your request. If the reason for return is found to be genuine, we will accept the item, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with the seal tags unbroken

How are Items Packaged?
All items are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, avoiding any form of damage during transit.

What Are the Shipping Charges?
Fayon Kids offers FREE delivery on most items within India. However, some products may have additional shipping charges based on their nature. For international orders, shipping charges vary by item and are clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that prices may also differ depending on the destination country.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?
The estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days. All orders are shipped within 4 days from the seller’s warehouse.

How Will the Delivery Be Done?
We aim to process all deliveries through reputable courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and Delhivery. In cases where these couriers do not service your pin code/zip code, we use Indian Speed Post. If no courier service is available in your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location serviced by our partners.

Do You Deliver Internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. You can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, and we will ship your items internationally.

How Can I Track the Delivery of My Order?
All items are delivered through reputable courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order. You can use this Tracking ID to track your delivery on the respective courier websites. We email you the tracking number once your order is dispatched, and you can also find it in your order history panel when you log in to your account.

Who Would Be Responsible for Paying Local Taxes in Countries Outside of India?
Customs duty and any other international taxes applicable will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
